Nothing drives me crazier than having a stand-up meeting and people trying to use it as a triage meeting. Give me your status update and move on to the next person! Stand-up shouldn't be 1 hour long. Just painful.

@BrandonGuard99 No, I can’t work on and off with that technique. I’ve managed to build a 4 hour work period tolerance where I work straight through 4 hours without having to get out or back into the zone. It’s help me get through so many tasks more comfortably

@CleverOscarDev These are great ways to get in the zone, Oscar! Thanks for sharing. I also find putting external distractions in another room to be extremely helpful when it comes to boosting productivity and getting in the zone. Do you use the Pomodoro Timer method or anything like that?

@BrandonGuard99 I leave all my external distractions in another room. Such as phone, tablet, games, etc. I have fixed my notification settings to work related stuff only. Once I get in the zone. I try my best to stay in without getting distracted. I don’t like having to keep getting back in

I picked up my new 2023 Honda HRV. It was a journey going thru waiting for the car… When it’s ready, I had to figure out a logistics on how to get to the dealership. I decided on Lyft over there. Also, it took me 3 hrs to go thru paperworks w salesman and loan specialist.
