@terencedaniels @B1TuckerCarlson @ATLUncensored Generally a police response is because something is out of control. So, yeah, they should have things in place that gives them the advantage of bringing the situation back into control. Good rule of thumb is don’t give them a reason.

And it’s not like he couldn’t have got a ride back. His pregnant baby mama showed up on scene. Obviously she could have got him from jail

@RK64409975 @B1TuckerCarlson @ATLUncensored The courts ruled that it’s for officer safety, not that the officer has to say it’s for officer safety. Once a traffic stop is lawful, ordering the driver out of the car is automatically reasonable. The court did not require any additional suspicion.

I also didn’t choose to disobey a lawful order. Not sure what state this was in but I’m pretty sure you can’t have a firearm on your dashboard.

@B1TuckerCarlson @ATLUncensored Pennsylvania vs Mimms 1977 upheld in 7-2 vote by SCOTUS, during a lawful traffic stop a police officer can order the driver out of the vehicle with no justification needed. In 1997 it was added that they can order all passengers out of the vehicle.

@ATLUncensored He’s right he doesn’t have to step out because they want to have a conversation. If the firearm was the reason they wouldn’t have arrested him mere feet away said firearm.
