Clearlake’s position is status quo or they would potentially be prepared to buy out Todd Boehly and increase their stake even more. Summer 2027 is a timeframe when we could see some discussions on what to do next from Todd’s side, there will be a new chairman and he knows Clearlake’s not for sale position and that they have no intention to leave.
