I love the platform but what I feel about the platform is just results as of lately. - No clear path to growth. - No strong discovery tools - Contracts favor top creators, not grinders - Mid creators feel stuck or invisible - Chat often dead unless you’re already big. - raids, hype culture not the same as Twitch. - Hard to feel alive as a viewer watching as a creator. - Viewers don’t build habits they leave. - Follow for Follow. - Tab for Tab. Twitch = community + emotes + culture. YouTube = content + longevity. TikTok = virality Kick = ??? You get what I mean? Right now it feels like a place where big streamers stream instead of a culture. Yes, creators get paid which is a game changer for creators but Viewers don’t feel rewarded/engaged. No strong loyalty systems. No reason to stay vs just watch clips elsewhere. It becomes transactional, not community driven. All love at the end of the day but just opinions.
