@CallTorfaen I’ve tried to report a pothole on Maple Road but not sure if the report is logged as at the end a map comes up and when I try to click where I am it says access denied. Pothole is deep and between 24 & 26 Maple Road, Griffithstown

@welshlucy Hi, I'm sorry about the experience you've had. The staff at the HWRC are not employed by Torfaen, they are employed by a private company. Stretchy plastic needs to go with the general waste.

The thing is @CallTorfaen you can't just put up a big sign saying "aggression towards staff won't be tolerated" and not address your sullen and unhelpful staff who have awful attitudes. P.s where is the Stretchy plastic section at the recycling centre in New Inn?

@cullissue @torfaencouncil Hi, you will need to attend the Civic Centre in Pontypool by the 4:30pm on Thursday at the latest with proof of ID. An officer will be able to hand you a postal vote form to complete.
