Looking forward to my talk today, where I will present an update on the conversion of cancer cells into dendritic cells to reinstate anti-tumor immunity, and discuss how cDC1 reprogramming can be used as a model to study tertiary lymphoid structure formation.

We’re excited to share that our recent paper, “A combinatorial transcription factor screening platform for immune cell reprogramming”, has been selected for the cover of the January issue of Cell Systems!✨

@lh_innovations @CellSystemsCP Thanks for the comment! The platform has the potential to dissect TF interactions such as synergy and antagonism. In the study, we focused on the supportive factors for one lineage but it would be interesting do dissect these relationships across broader immune cell types!
