It's not uncommon to have 6 useless cards in your hand with Garchomp, so Prism Tower could be a great addition! I'm not a fan of playing "counter deck stadium card", so if I can play one that is efficient, it's cool !

The biggest benefactors look to be Ceruledge and Garchomp. These decks both lack a good stadium and a way to discard cards. Ceruledge was especially hurt by research rotating.

These are all the Post-Ro stadiums as of Perfect Order. They are either disruptive, archetype specific or just plain bad. -That's why the loss of artazon was very impactful for some decks and hopefully Prism Tower should lessen the impact.
