I had some fun building AorB.xyz - a tongue in cheek jab at those 'A or B?' design hustlers. 100% designed and built using AI. Build in lovable.app Grok for prompting support and ChatGPT for images & copy. Check it out!

My normie friend who cannot code just one-shotted a mini version of Adobe Premiere with Claude Code that helps him edit videos faster. I don't know how to react to this.

I will reinstall our British Cultured umbrella which protects us in so many ways. Step outside into the rain regardless of culture, faith or ethnicity and you’re going to get extremely wet and washed back to where you came! My zero tolerance policies will influence mass deportation. Embrace our way of life or find out the hard way! 👊🏼🇬🇧

ENGLAND: And yet another migrant named Muhammad attempted to rape a 14-year-old British girl. He defends himself: "I am Muslim. We have our own Islamic rules. Talk to my embassy.” Look how he says that, like it’s a normal thing in his culture. Evil!

@anisarianiii @framer Huh? You're trying to do something the internet fundamentally doesn't support. And giving Framer heat for it 😄

Since I joined X, one thing has been bothering me. Everything feels a bit fake. People comment “amazing work” on designs that are clearly not good, just to get comments back. I’ve never been that type. When someone asks me for feedback, I’m brutally honest. And I expect the same in return. If you tell me “your typography isn’t good,” I’ll think about it, learn, and fix it next time. Feedback is the best thing in design. When you have people who tell you the truth, you grow faster than you ever could alone. I know that because I spent 3 years in a design community in Serbia. Surrounded by mentors and designers who gave real feedback, not fake compliments. And even Framer rejecting my templates helped me grow. Every rejection pushed me to learn, change strategy, and get a little bit better every single day.

@jackfriks I think shipping an app made with AI in a few days with bugs and charging a premium for it comes across as a cash grab. But nothing wrong with shipping something thats not 100%. Too many people aim for perfection and never release anything, so kudos for delivering.

I've been hiring designers for years and still struggle to find great ones. If I'm having trouble, imagine what founders are going through. Founders hire based on all the wrong signals. - Designer has 50K followers? Must be good. - Their posts get thousands of likes? Hired. - Portfolio looks trendy? Perfect fit. Three months later: - Can't design a coherent flow - Doesn't understand conversion - Needs hand-holding on every decision The disconnect is painful to watch, and expensive to correct. A designer's follower count tells you nothing about their ability to: - Understand product constraints - Make hard tradeoffs - Design for real user behavior - Ship under pressure I've worked with designers who have massive audiences and can't design a functional signup flow. The algorithm rewards the wrong thing. And founders pay for it. If you're hiring, ignore the noise. Look for: - Clear thinking in their case studies - Evidence of shipping real products - Understanding of business outcomes - Ability to articulate design decisions Popularity ≠ capability.

@CharlieDoDesign @JayDwivedi_ @Replit Short answer, yes Chat to create prompt -> insert to replit is good Wrap is double the work, just insert the prompt into replit. For your mobile app, did you start out with remixing with expo?

After half a decade of creating templates for the @webflow marketplace, I'm incredibly grateful for this program, which has allowed me to support my family and pursue my dream job for a significant part of my career. I've seen many companies using my templates to speed up their development process. My work has inspired some designers and I've got good and loyal clients. However, not sure why, the marketplace team has suddenly delisted all my main templates, which has decreased my monthly income by 80%. It was a shock. I remain confused about the reason, as I have been a strong supporter of the company since day one, which has given me many negative thoughts, feelings of disappointment, frustration, and anger. I stopped creating templates for them for a while. In the meantime, I created my own marketplace and learn something powerful: If something can go wrong, everything will go wrong. Lost clients, no money, no team, no income, but nothing to lose, since I've lost almost everything already. Even so, I managed to launch an honest MVP, and after reviewing all my templates, those that were living in a limbo, I've decided to offer full access at a huge discount. Now, anyone can get everything I've created all at once, from the top sellers to my favorite out-of-the-box templates. Buy once, build forever. I'm back to Webflow and the Framer templates. Stronger than never.
