I had a laundry pickup/delivery service today tell me I needed to use a garbage bag for my clothes because they were out of laundry bags and thought that was acceptable. @Cleanly so no longer a customer.

I just found out that @Cleanly lost my laundry (how does that even happen?) & they want me to tell them "what was in my laundry so they know what to look for" as if I have memorized everything that I gave them? so confusing and disappointing. Really hoping they figure this out.
