I do not believe many government or NGO’s have to register here, so I believe this is just scratching the service. noaa.gov/administration… Keep in mind they have “outlawed” and “Banned” the word “Chem-Trails”. They call it cloud seeding to cover their butts. It is all about semantics. It is called Geo-Engineering. SRM: Solar Radiation Management. SAI: Strategic Aerosol Injections. Several states have outlawed it already, some others are working on it.
