My favorite song from the original Castlevania. As a kid, I worked out how to play it on piano, and wrote the music down.

Tomino and those who had been working on MSG since the late 70s were burned out and needed something new, something fresh. And wow did Imagawa give us a fresh perspective while still keeping the essence.
