Breaking habits during plyos allows you to focus on competing during games. If you’re on the mound thinking about your mechanics, you’re competing against yourself as well as the batter.

Get your front foot down, then throw. This drill allows you to feel what I talk about so often. Being patient & bringing the house down at front foot strike. Sets up your delivery for success.
