Watching these track times, I think we’ve been spoiled and don’t truly realize how rare this is.. 10.6, 21.5, 48.2, 41.5, 1.26, and 3:16 are all still FAST!!!! Don’t get discouraged, just keep working !!!

The greatest sprint coach in history had me do: -A 2 hour long run -Flying 100s in 11.5 In the same week... The best coaches aren't dogmatic. They keep all tools at their disposal and flexibly use the ones appropriate for the athlete sitting across from them.

With backup QB Tyler Huntley trying to help win the game, the Ravens didn't put Derrick Henry on the field to help him on the final two drives. Henry had a fumble early, but was also picking up speed again. 18 attempts, 128 yards, 7.1 average, 2 TD John Harbaugh and Todd Monken will have to answer questions.

So your telling me no one wants a incoming senior who’s jumped 47’+ feet 3 times indoor and outdoor. Won the 7A state title on a busted hamstring as a junior, jumps 6’7 for fun and is the top returning jumper in the state of Mississippi!?! Ok alright 😂
