A status update for anyone who is trying to keep track of the Pokemon Scarlet with only Wooper challenge video. I have finished the first pass of recording the raw audio for the voice over. We are currently on schedule.

Basically, they are prioritizing making it good, not rushing it, so no news for a release yet.
