At around 8:50pm this evening, an incident occurred at the Kennedale Speedway Park in the 6700 block of Hudson Village Creek Road. Kennedale and Mansfield units were dispatched to an incident involving two injured persons, one with CPR in progress. CareFlite helicopter was on standby, but disregarded. There was an event taking place this evening at the speedway. We will share more details once released by authorities.

Biggest advice I can give you on a brisket is let it rest afterwards. It’s tempting to dig in right away, cause the smell and look is ridiculous lol. But give it AT LEAST 90 minutes.

I went to my local Wing joint today.
High jacked the Touch Tunes and played “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald” 3 times, then some Blues Brothers impersonators came in so played Soul Man.
Then back to the Edmund.
Nearly an hour of the Edmund was played.
Today was a good day.
