@FlowerP79667758 I know somebody who passed the Fast Track tests, found them easy, but was incapable of understanding the demutualisation of building societies. If you want to convince yourself that psychometric tests are an imperfect indicator of intelligence talk to a Fast Track civil servant.

What qualifications are required to become a Civil Servant?
