We took the scouts to a Hindu temple for a merit badge. As with the Jewish temple, it is to teach them to respect the beliefs of others. The Hindus were pretty good with the kids and are a lively group.

We took the kids to Scout Shabbat last night for a merit badge. It was interesting and, to be honest, confusing.

On a 150 mile ride to put Lozen to the test, I wound up with a flat front tire. Something always goes wrong early on. Luckily, I was nearly home when it happened. Otherwise, I'm really loving the maneuverability, power and light weight of the Indian Super Scout.

My Indian Super Scout is, finally, home. Small, maneuverable and with enough power to get me into real trouble if I'm not careful.

The shop has had my new bike for 2 weeks now, and they aren't doing the work it needed. I signed a guarantee to pay, there should be a guarantee to deliver in a timely manner.

I freely admit that I have never voted straight ticket. What I won't ever do is vote for anyone within a party that continuously justifies, promotes, and/or praises the violence against those with opposing views.

I was not planning to add to our debt, but my wife was adamant on me getting a bike that fits my current needs. So, a new bike has been ordered. It should be available in a week or two.

I've been able to find peace, relaxation and joy from 3 things in life: riding and shooting. I need these things to keep my head clear.

I have a 20 year riding plan (give or take, as needed) in the works. First change is coming soon.

My Victory Cross Country Tour was exactly what I needed when I got it. The wide open roads of Texas, and occasional travel to other states, were comfortable & relaxing. But, locations, priorities & needs change. Equipment must change with them.

Laura's car had a catastrophic malfunction. Coolant was leaking into the engine. She now has a pre-owned, red Toyota Sienna.

My wife thinks that we should be foster parents. Thoughts?

If you voted for him, then this is exactly what you voted for. If you didn't vote for him, then you were overruled by the majority. That is how our system works.

To those of you saying that this isn't what Americans voted for, you should ask yourself 1) did you pay any attention to his campaign speeches, and/or 2) have you been lied to by politicians so often that you didn't believe him?

My wife: Typical guy. You always wait too long to see a doctor. Me (5 doctors and 20 appts later: They can't find a cause for my condition.

We had our new front door installed today. It should help with heating and cooling costs.

As I am not in possession of the hind quarters of a rodent, I am unable to transfer ownership of one to another individual.
