If you are making 5% APY but the chance of the project going bankrupt is 5%, you have a negative Expected value on that trade.
Why do it knowing you will be losing on the long run?

@GardenOfMyopia How do you think the fed is going to do this, lower rates and bazooka QE? Because those two are not that politically desirable with mid-term elections coming up in november. Or do you reckon that this bull run is set to start after U.S. elections?
