@PetsatHome Can I get some assistance please. I ordered £75 of dog food for delivery on 31 Jan and have still not had delivery. I have tried emailing you via your website, but they seem to go into a black hole. 49th in the chat queue. No tel no. Ord 364054953 HELP ME.





@PetsatHome cancel the order as I cancelled the plan as the cat ran away and if your gonna force me to have the delivery I will say no it gets sent back and you refund me anyway and you pay for the delivery both ways I dont need it and I dont have a cat stop forcing more pain and suffering and refund me already



@PetsatHome Thanks for getting back to me. We visited a local store who was able to contact customer service for us and the order had actually been split, which I wasn’t aware of and the other item should arrive later today. I don’t have any tracking information to confirm this though

I had my appointment changed at @petsathome Uxbridge groom room that should have been today due to a “refit” I then see today that it’s open as the refit was cancelled would have been nice to get my original appointment back!



@PetsatHome ive just had DPD deliver my cat litter, which my cats will appreciate. But there are 2 things that have marred this experience.
