I’m 185 days clear of alcohol and on day 94 cannabis cessation. The difference in my cognitive ability is staggering and I’m only 25% into the repair. Because I started at 22 I arrested the development of my prefrontal cortex so the synaptic pruning that should have happened between 22 and 26 didn’t. I genuinely think Stephen Flynn's alleged misuse of stationery got more airtime than the china/submariner labour story, in scotland. What a fucking media we have.
