Congratulations to GA Interiors who have been chosen as our February Sub Contractor of the Month for their work on our Chase High School project. GA have been productive and instinctively wear the appropriate PPE and masks when cutting on site. Well done GA!

Today our Health and Safety team have had a successful migration assessment from the British Assessment Bureau in preparation for replacing our OHSAS 18001 Certificate with ISO 45001 for Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. Well done H&S!

We have completed the installation of the SFS at our Chase High School project and have laid the first layer of felt roof membrane making the roof water tight. Soon we will start the external Windows and Doors installation, along with the metal stud partitions internally.

Congratulations to Quantity Surveyor Ed Sadler who has been voted as the first Employee of the month this year. Ed has brought the benefit of his experience and has really settled in to the company well, managing his projects; keeping them and the finances in shape.

The demolition works to the roof at our Acorn House project have commenced. The coverings have been removed, the steelwork has carefully been cut away and soon we will unbolt and remove the pre cast concrete walls. #construction #progress #basildon #essex

Did you know that 2019 was a big year for our team in their training. Having entered 2020, our Health and Safety team have now progressed to Diploma level qualifications, and our construction team have successfully passed CIOB qualifications. Congratulations and well done!

The timber firings are currently being installed to the main roof at our Chase High School project, and this is due to receive plywood at the beginning of next week. The SFS frame is well underway with the carrier board installation following close behind. #progress

The final coats & internal finishes are underway at our residential project in Bishop’s Stortford. This creative build is progressing well with exciting features such as the slide having been installed & feature lighting ready to be completed to the basement. #luxurybuilds

All works were recently stood down temporarily to accommodate this tour on site for a group of technology students at Chase. Great feedback that they found their visit “extremely valuable”. We're very happy to have enabled them to see the real-life application of their lessons!

The PCC stairs have now been installed at our Project at Chase High School, the composite floors are also complete and concrete has been laid ready for the SFS works to start next week. #Education #Construction #Essex #BuildingInnovation
