BPD numbness is more dangerous than the explosive rage for me I will go to unsafe lengths to FEEL something. I will self sabatoge & ruin my life. I will binge & relapse. I will come terrifyingly close to the edge, bc fear, pain, & euphoria are more manageable than the numbness

No one would care if I die, it would be so easy to forget someone like me

I think the reason my bpd is so hard fot me to manage is that I feel these intense, overwhelming, bottomless emotions and I have no outlet that scratches the surface. I cant even dream of expressing them either. My bpd is consuming me

"personality disorder" is such a wild way to say "this child was not safe"

The grudges I hold having bpd could be studied. I just seem sensitive or petty, but when it feels like Im reliving the betrayal or hurt i felt like its the 1st time, every time I think about it, Its like being reinjured the same way over & over again. How do you let go like that?

My sadness is so deeply rooted in my bones that any inconvenience becomes grief My anger is so boiling hot & blinding that it turns my decisions into mush My arousal is so embarrassingly heightened that I'm feral & insatiable My emotions and thoughts are drowning me #bpd

Bpd feels like a death sentence. I have had therapists scared of me, doctors lie to me, lost friends bc of it, had an ex use it as an excuse for why he was violent towards me, had psychiatrists stop treating me bc of it Society is fucking biased against ppl w a diagnosis of BPD

no meds no therapy no psych ward just raw dogging this mental illness the way god intended

The scientific community's screwed view around studying whats really important in Endometrosis. You'd think it would be how its formed, prevention, how to treat/potentially rid of it, & treat women's pain? Nah. Let's study the attractiveness in women with endometriosis instead!

I know im sensitive. I know I take things too much to heart and im too fragile and im easily broken and its like walking on egg shells around me. My emotions make me burn at the temperature of the sun and my thoughts make me ache deep in my skull. Pls give me grace and be gentle

Bpd extremes have no business being so difficult to navigate bc wdym I just shamelessly went into a blinding rage about the most small inconvenience 10 minutes ago and now im 110% fine

Things are significantly better than they used to be, I just have a negative mindset and expect the absolute worst out of the world and people all the time. 0/10 do not recommend
