2/ Fear conditioning often scores a single behavior: freezing. We went further. 82 mice (2 cohorts). Early life stress (limited bedding and nesting). 🐭 @DeepLabCut , #SimBA & #keypointMoSeq to capture the full behavioral repertoire.

This week, our PhD student @mrc_canela has led a on-site course on @DeepLabCut in the @HMar_research and @the_prbb where students from different institutions could learn why and how to use DLC for behavioral analysis. A good way to close before the summer break!
