Just had a Democrat budget amendment accepted (we don't see that often) from Minority Leader Sean Hornbuckle to put $25M in the Flood Resiliency Office Trust Fund -- was created by Legislature but never funded. It had strong bipartisan support. (Senate will have to approve.)
