Having sold off most of my MTG collection a few months ago I have really been missing playing in-person card games. Decided to make the jump back in today and make the ridiculous amount of time I've spent on Master Duel mean something. Cant wait to open this after work!

@jakeyp0096 this is a crazy take, the game has virtually never had higher power. so many cards that used to dominate metas are back (or buffed!) and completely unplayable. this is the kind of take made to push an agenda, not to add to the discourse.

Power level is lowest its been in years, gameplay is so linear I feel like im playing fucking candyland in half of my games, DK unplayable and warlock close behind but 0 buffs while we nerf two cards that are not even problems because bad players throw a tantrum when they lose

@naiveaigal @ben_heathstone they also have worse threats though, and worse card generation as well I get your point, and I think it's reasonable, I just disagree

@DevalionHS @ben_heathstone I do agree that they all should have removal that work best for different things, but Mage and Warlock both have better card draw than Priest (on average), so their removal should still be worse.

@naiveaigal @ben_heathstone I feel like mage, priest, warlock, and warrior should all have excellent removal tbh, just in different ways direct damage board wipes have always felt like a mage/warlock thing to me, priest is for things like shadow word horror or psychic scream
