One example is 2019 with roughly 6 per 100,000 for black women vs. 4.4 per 100,000 for white men, and that’s INCLUDING hispanic whites. And no, this isn’t “men are violent,” poverty, urban density, age structure, or policing artifacts. The difference in group behaviors that survive economic cycles, welfare expansions, and broad crime drops is very real.
