Now if we look at the meme launchpad leader pumpfun, their revenue model applies a 1% fee on every trade. As of December 2024 Pump dot fun´s cumulative revenue was nearing $100 million, reflecting its rapid growth within eight months of operation. Volume on Pump.fun for the past 14 days: $2,7 bn Total Fees since March: $376M Total Tokens Launched: 5,408,215 Token launches per day (last months) avg. ~ 30k For now, Pumpfun doesnt have a token and all the revenue goes to the founders. Even if it achieves only 1%, it´s still 27M of Volume (14 days) and $3,76M in fess (8 months timeframe). If you dont like memes, there a still great reasons to be bullish on it if you love @alephium. First of all, it has great potential to attract new investors and degens to the chain. I always like to say, you invest in a meme factory, not a memecoin. A meme factory that will boost the on chain Volume, it will create lot of transactions and burn $ALPH and with the bonding curve on myonion it will add another deflationary aspect to alephium. It makes totally sense to have a token and I can´t wait for launch.
