From ₹4K/month intern to ₹1.8 Cr/year. No IIT. No fancy pedigree. Started from a Tier-3 college + service company. My journey wasn’t fast, linear, or glamorous: Intern: ₹4K/month Year 1: ₹3.xx LPA Year 2: small hike Year 3: ₹5.xx LPA Year 3–4: ₹11 LPA (100%+ switch)

Selection ratio is 1:60 approximately for Java roles. This is how escalation meetings happen when roles go unfilled.

For 4 years, Nida Khan has been helping Asif Ansari, Tausif Attar, Shafi Sheikh, Raza Memon, Danish Sheikh, and Shah Rukh Quresh trap Hindu females at TCS Nashik These secular Hindu females must have trusted and wished Iftar, Ramzan, and Eid to Nida Khan and her friends In the end, what they got was forced religious conversion, their faith being mocked, being forced to eat beef, and whatnot

Curious how has coding changed for you in the last ~1 year. Is anyone using VSCode anymore? Cursor? Claude code? How much of your day is spent coding vs prompting. What do you do when the AI is coding? Do you parallelly start multiple tasks? Are you more productive?

I tell the same to the candidates looking for a new job as well. Until you have worked for the company for the first day, do not expect things to always go right. Your offer can be rescinded a day before your joining date, and you will be caught off guard (I know people who have had this happen to them!). Your interviewing pipeline would have gotten cold because you have stopped interviewing. You are out of interview practice, and your connections have gone dead. Don't do that. Stay in a warm mode so that things are easier to pick up. Plan for things to go wrong. Until you show up for the first day at the job, don't get lazy.
Archie Sengupta@archiexzzz

To Founders, The only confirmation that a candidate is joining is their first day in person at the office. Never stop your hiring process until they have physically arrived at the office. Everyone has the right to optimize their own salary. It's their life. Never question it.

While everyone’s talking about war, so many layoffs are happening in tech companies. Big company layoffs make the news, while many startups are firing people silently. Many companies are also putting employees on PIPs (which they eventually fire or force them to resign).

The Candidate Was Perfect on Paper. Then the Hiring Manager Asked One Simple Question. Eight years of experience. Clean CV. Confident handshake. Then the hiring manager smiled and asked, "So, what do you know about us?" Pause. Longer pause. "You're a, um, SaaS company?" They were a fintech firm that had just acquired a competitor and was all over the news for three weeks. The CEO of the company had given two interviews about it. The candidate had not Googled once. I prep every candidate I send. Five things minimum. - Website. - Social media. - Recent news. - Glassdoor. - One current or former employee on LinkedIn if you can find them. Not because interviewers expect a PowerPoint presentation on their company history. But because walking in without research tells the room something you didn't mean to say. That this job, specifically, doesn't matter enough to you. The interview starts before you enter the building. It starts the night before, with a tab open and twenty quiet minutes. That's it. That's the whole secret.

Winning the World Cup twice in a row, the first time any team has done so in the T20 format. Totally deserving and rightful winners of the trophy. What a fantastic performance by our team and a special brand of cricket on display. Well done, Team India. Jai Hind! 🇮🇳🏆
