A few decisions have gone against me in recent weeks and I’m 700k where a few of my friends and rivals have shot to the top 100k. Have to remind myself it’s a marathon and not a sprint and that it could be a lot worse. #fpl

Don’t get the love for Liverpool and Salah on the free hit. They are dreadful, are you just hoping they magically click away at West Ham? Barnes, Callum Wilson, Thiago, Doku, Buendia, Rogers all likely to be my FH team #fpl

Up to 700k, struck gold with Keane for a 15pointer. Lot of thinking and planning to do before #fpl returns. Do I get Thiago and play a front 8 with a bench dilemma every week? Or use the funds (over £3m) to upgrade for a better starting from 7?

Missed out on Rodon points (1st sub) and didn't have a second Arsenal defender or VDV. Impact , 500k rank drop to 1.3m. That's the game, no point getting upset about it - we move on with 3 FT's into GW10. Mateta for Pedro already done #fpl

Say with Rodon first sub on the bench. I think Gabriel plays, Nevermind. No point worrying about it now, frustrating though. #fpl

Caicedo and Tark out for Enzo and Keane I think prob. May need to cover the Arsenal defensive double up as well but that might have to wait until GW10 and beyond. #fpl

Kluivert being back for Bournemouth will impact Semanyo's returns over the medium to long-term. Don't expect him to carry on as he has for the first 7 GWs. Still essential as so heavily owned but returns will diminish I think #fpl

Key piece of advice for GW8, get Saka! And a Chelsea mid if you have a spare transfer #fpl

Key point that may have been missed by some. If Odegaard is out for a decent period, Zubimendi will sit and Rice will play at the front of the midfield 3, making him a massively more attractive #FPL asset

Scraped inside the top million thanks to the non template Caicedo pick, now to hold it after Sundays games. On 46pts with 4 to play, 990k from 1.2m #fpl

Benching NDiaye and playing Caiceco, think Caicedo will get 4pts from appearance and DefCon as a starting position.

Got Semenyo and Senesi in the early fixture. Very template but what a season when two Bournemouth players are part of the template in GW7 #fpl

Looking for a top 1m rank and 3 GWs to take into the international break. Feels like a doable target. Currently 1.2m with 2 FTs. WC and BB burnt. Roll transfer this week, tempting to captain Gyokeres over Haaland but the Nuno hire could have made my mind up there #fpl

Important for #fpl this I think, no sign of it ending soon. Approach Liverpool assets with caution.
