I never got the clot shot and I've never had Covid. This despite the fact that I was in the hospital for 3 months during the height of Covid for an unrelated condition. When I visited the hospital several times during that period leading up to my long stay, the parking lots were always empty despite the stories that hospitals were overwhelmed. Emergency rooms were empty in Miami, a major city. No waiting to be seen. In the ER one time I asked the nurse if she was overwhelmed with Covid patients and she told me, I'm not supposed to tell you this but we don't have any Covid patients.
