was my wl in hs noticeable at all cuz i lost 25 lbs.. wore the same handmedown clothes i had my entire life ughh i wish i had tighter clothes

someone said when ur stomach growls u think ur hungry but when u eat heavy processed food its just ur stomach working overtime to digest the food,, so now everytime my stomach growls its so much easier to not think ab food
