@FitFizz @Kinetic_Kel The only thing I get on men about is when they start hopping on gear too young. If they are past 40 it makes sense for TRT but I see people hopping on at 21, when that is their muscle building window.

PSA from your salty bear: If your shirt looks like a pretzel, you need sodium. If your bottle weighs more than you do, stop chugging. Short, cool lifts = water. Long or hot = carbs + salt. Drink to thirst, don’t gain weight mid-workout. 💪🧂🐻
