That’s not how it was when feminism took hold in the 70’s. Feminism undermined the importance of getting married and raising a family - essentially undermining the importance of being a woman at its core. And now what do we have around the world? Population collapse. This was by design. Burning your bra and the debasement of the family structure. I was a Democrat until 2020 so this isn’t a political viewpoint but a recognition of where we are now and what caused it.

Idk why conservatives are desperate to convince women they're unhappy. The whole reason feminism is a thing in the first place is because the women of the past didn't like being treated like property. Now at least if you have a job and money, you won't be left on the streets when your husband decides to replace you and leave you without any money and no skills to make money.

Italy needs to leave the EU and reduce the expense of starting a small business here - and then let business owners deduct business expenses - and cut taxes - and reduce the bureaucracy. Oh and they need to tell their kids to dream again. When we lived in Lucca and my 13 year old son was sharing his dreams of what he wanted to be when he grew up with his classmates- they laughed at him and said ‘don’t be silly Gianni, those are just dreams they’ll never happen’. I’m doing my best here, but Italy really needs a more Americanized entrepreneurial mindset. And then with their passion for beauty, creativity and design- mama Mia!

I just spent 2 incredible weeks in Italy and it is so frustrating to come back to the U.S…
How is it possible @RobertKennedyJr that the Italian food supply is so vastly superior.
I literally ate bread at every meal, dessert multiple times per day, and generally ate way more than I do in the U.S.
Not once did I have acid reflux. Not one headache, no digestive problems, and I didn’t gain any weight.
If I ate the same way in the U.S. (I used to at times) I would have gone through a full bottle of Tums and Advil just to get through the day…
WHY does the U.S. allow glyphosate in wheat, high fructose corn syrup in food and who knows what in our milk products?
The difference in quality of life in Italy vs the U.S. is staggering from their common sense (anti corporate) food regulation.
WHY aren’t more people upset about this?
The U.S. is the richest country in the world and we eat like one of the poorest.
