This doorway is hidden in the corner of a cul-de-sac in Covent Garden, London. It was the 1883 entrance to the almshouses jointly run by St Giles-in-the-Fields and St George Bloomsbury churches, two of the poorest parishes in London There are still 8 almshouse flats there today.
