@H1BExpose They've been doing this for decades. They are one of the originators of the whole import India to America movement. They've given our jobs and our children's jobs to foreigners for profit.
Microsoft’s “talent shortage” was so severe they laid off 3,426 workers from 2022 to 2024 and replaced them with 3,259 new H-1Bs.
Nearly one-for-one.
Funny how the shortage always shows up right after payroll gets cheaper.
The reality is that there's nothing stopping them from using it to get and pay for exceptional engineers from all over the world.
Instead they picked 70% from one small region in India filled with people are willing to work for 50% off.
This says a lot about the state of American companies, in general. They prefer cutting costs at the expense of quality products as long as the executives get their bonuses & the companies makes huge profits.
H-1B was sold as a talent program.
Look at who uses it most: the big outsourcing shops, filing thousands of apps to flood the lottery.
Not poaching the world’s best. Arbitraging the wage floor.
The genius-visa story and the actual filing data don’t match.
In 2024 Google laid off 951 US employees and somehow found room for 1,058 new H-1B workers.
They cut more Americans than they had open seats, then imported the seats.
Math doesn’t lie.
Don’t believe me when I say that JP Morgan Chase is overrun with H1-B’s? Here’s their CIO/CTO with his “team.” No White people. All H1-B’s. This traitorous bastard is even rubbing it in our faces.
Do better @jpmorgan@Chase@VBierschwale@DiggingInTheDi1
@H1BExpose@donmus61 Interesting. Do you think the Google compound that Governor @MikeLKehoe has been saying is going to create jobs in KC Missouri will import the workers too?
