@FrothyFriar Yeah. Here's my thing: D&D looks too much to the past for inspiration instead of the future, which is weird for an American invention. In my RPG universe the best spells haven't been created yet. In my game, the Gods are responsible for evolving their portfolios.
Deep in the Infernal Wastes, south of Drakkara, half-buried beneath the dunes lie the ruins of forgotten empires; shattered walls, toppled obelisks, and temples choked in drifting sand. Some whisper that these civilizations tried to bend the desert to their will, only to be swallowed whole. Within these ruins, relics of gold, obsidian, and stranger metals have been uncovered, sparking endless expeditions. Treasure hunters and scholars alike risk everything for the promise of riches or lost knowledge, though most return with little more than scars and haunted memories.
@itsstillkieran Next time, it should be "cupboards". Two guys scrunched up, sitting in a cupboard, trying to kiss and be sexy while being extremely uncomfortable.
