This is an extremely fine hire. Petzing was largely more good than bad in Arizona. Running game lost some juice when Klayton Adams left but Detroit already has Hank Fraley in hand.

@joey_jojojojojo 7 were tush push and 3 were designed runs within the 10 that could’ve easily been a RB carry. He had a few broken play scrambles for touchdowns that Goff never could do in a million years but I’ll take surgical pocket accuracy over 4 fluke rushing TDs a year

@JimCosta_ That’s the point- Goff can win it all, but he needs a top 5 OL and talent around him. A $60m QB needs to be the reason you win when other things aren’t perfect. Should’ve never given him that contract. I get that every team feels they have to do that, but it’s usually a mistake.
