$TIBBIR log chart is interesting... when tibbir was at 11M mcap (check quoted tweet), after a longer consolidation, it broke out from a triangle and pulled a 40X run. now tibbir is at 111M mcap, with a more oversold rsi and in the longest consolidation in the chart's history... Clarity Act (2?) = breakout? iHNi.

@reinno_io Wow so entrance barrier is coming down. I’d imagine there are other requirements the asset must meet. Is that correct and if so can you share some literature that can be used to qualify the asset?

@HoustonRealtor8 The asset can be of any value, as long as it's income-producing. Most often, we work with real estate between $2M and $15M.
When it comes to investing, the min. starts at $5,000.

You no longer need a lot of money (or even good credit) to invest in real estate. Tokenized properties are a great way to get into commercial real estate and diversify your assets. It is more stable than the stock market and cryptocurrencies.
