Officially Launching this Sunday ... Integral Aim Community (IAC) and Team - Integral - Necessary to make a whole complete; essential or fundamental. When I joined the aim community, I felt like there was a social hierarchy that was very difficult to navigate. Players repped teams that I looked up to, yet I never knew what they did to get there. What path did they take in joining? That's when I found TSK - Tosoku Aim. There was a clear roster of the players in the group, what ranks they joined in at, and what skill I would have to display (in the form of earning scores) to apply. I knew this was the team for me. I worked my ass off (doubting every second that I could do it) until one day I had accomplished all my pre-requisites and I applied. Once accepted the community of like-minded teammates that were focused on growth in-game and the aim trainer meant the world to me. No matter what happens with TSK - I will always rep the brand and give my thanks to iyo for having me apart of the team. So - why am I making a team of my own? First, I want it to be deeper than a team, I want to build an entire community on these principles. Next, I want there to be MULTIPLE paths in joining. I respect so many different expressions of skill within aim so now is the time to make a community where those are respected. Here is the catch - I want your membership in this community to be earned. The community has 3 layers - Membership, Active Roster on the team, and Starting Line-Up. The goal behind this is NOT elitism. Far from it actually. The goal is self-improvement! So, whatever your skills are within aim, I have set targets for you depending on your interest in membership. Hit the goals and unless you are notoriously evil, when you apply you'll be granted membership. Let's look at each phase. Community Member - The primary metric for Aim Training progress has always been KovaaK's Voltaic in my mind. The thing is .. Season 5 is rumored to be changing. Regardless, I entered the scene with Voltaic's Season 4 and I take a rather unpopular opinion amongst top aimers in that it is fantastic for developing your aim skill. The benchmarks targets are HARD AS FUCK. So, Option 1 in joining the community is to get Diamond Complete on the Season 4 KovaaK's Voltaic Benchmarks. This grants you membership into the org as a community member and you get to rep the title in your steam name (iAC + your name). You'll catch me repping iAC Serf, so you guys can also share in the community in this way. You unlock access in the Discord and I want the Discord to be big! It will be a hub for aim resources, video guides, like-minded teammates/friends, and where some great aim coaches hang out! I am really hopeful you will also consider repping your community membership in your Twitter bio if you don't already have a team/brand. I also want to do monthly roster updates so at the end of the month you can see your name updated onto the team alongside your new teammates! Ok that's great but what if you like specializing? What if you are good in some areas but NOT EVERYTHING just yet. I got you covered with some alternatives. KovaaK's Voltaic Season 4 is once again the primary metric for this status so let's set the target high! Players looking to join from Voltaic rank need to achieve GRANDMASTER COMPLETE for Season 4. The perks of joining I think are huge! You will be included in Team Montages, gain access to 3 hours+ of free 1 on 1 aim coaching with me, and you can upgrade your calling card to 'ti' (Team Integral). You will also be a beta tester for new benchmarks when those are on the table ... (lots of potential perks here) Once again, that's is all great but what if you like specializing?
