At some stage this year many of you will have your first real shot at ‘changing your life’, and others another chance to do so. All I can say is don’t F it up. 12 months ago I did exactly that stomaching a ~70% drawdown on the 90% I left in the market in March, but thankfully ran it back up to new ATH and exited almost everything in early Jan. We all came to this space with one thing as a priority, financial gain, regardless of whether you have any interest in the tech, and only a few make it happen. I feel fortunate to have built a good circle this cycle that I still keep in contact with while waiting for better conditions to return, but never forget when the eventual prolonged ‘winter’ returns you won’t hear from or speak to the vast majority of those you currently speak with daily. Don’t get caught up in the clout, the larping, the euphoria. If you get the chance to change your life then take it.
