Disappointed with the organization at the BUS fancon in KL today. @sonraymusic @livenationmy @BUS_SONRAY , your rigid system and unprofessional staff attitude towards the fans who supported this show was completely unacceptable. 🧵 👇
1/ The show wasn’t even sold out. Die-hard fans stepped up and bought multiple tickets to help with sales. Yet, we had to fight incredibly hard just to get our paid benefits, and staff actually called us "weird" for buying extra tickets. Unbelievable.
2/ Because Hi-Bye was tied to the seat and QR codes only scan once, scanning for the extra benefits meant those tickets were locked. No one else could enter just to fill the physical seat. Fans wanted to give these seats to casual listeners for free/cheap to help BUS grow.
3/ Instead, your entry policy blocked them, leaving rows of empty seats that look terrible in photos. Fans spent extra money to support the artist, only to be insulted, stressed out, and left looking at an empty venue. Separate entry from benefits next time!
