@TheFienPrint I hope so! Even comparing w/ s2, s3 is 41% longer with the same # of episodes (equaling approx. 5 additional s2-length episodes). At minimum (no raise at all s2 to s3) they'd get the same pay as they would've for a 17 episode season 2. Anything less is a lot more work for less $!

@TheFienPrint Curious: Did those involved get paid per episode (12), or for the entirety of the production time? That's quite a pay cut if its per episode.
