@JRtypes It also effectively legalises infanticide of new born babies born secretly as police will no longer be allowed to investigate whether 40wk fetus was killed in uterus or immediately post partum. Neither will those procuring still an offence be charged as they can't be questioned.

Abortion up to birth is quite simply an affront to any decent society. That means being able to kill a child up to the time when it is due to be delivered. Don't sugercoat it or hide. There's no nuance. There's no debate. It's overtly immoral barbarism.
