So Jesse Marsch rejected Leicester back in 2023 to take over the USMNT 🇺🇸, then the fed decided to bring back Gregg Berhalter. Regardless of what your thoughts are on Jesse Marsch there was absolutely no reasonable reason to bring Berhalter back over Marsch.

Jesse Marsch tells @JacobsBen he was told he would be the next USMNT coach… before Gregg Berhalter was brought back: "All I'd say is that it was made very clear to me by US Soccer that I was going to be the coach, and then it was made very clear to me that I was not. At the time, I was devastated and angry, but now I am thankful and really happy to be where I'm at.”
