Only had 8 players for training tonight. Tried something new, played a 3v3, spare players were managers. Their job was to communicate with & encourage the players, then choose when to sub themselves on. Started quietly but by the end communication went up about 1000%. Loved it.

As someone who is involved with @ConsettAFC I cannot stress enough how fantastic this club is and would recommend the @ConsettLAFC to everyone out there who is interested in joining the team.
