@SJA_10z Had the exact same problem recently. I added a second session weekly using just my body weight and aimed for higher reps and better form. Wide grip lat pull downs could help also

I see 4 teams in Euro competitions this season. 2 are in a relegation battle and the other 2 are firmly entrenched in the bottom half
Fulham qualifying for Europe would require MASSIVE investment for squad depth.

@TheKashimo Much more balanced than any other pairing we have. Lukic box to box with Berge covering worked well for us. Definitely need to sign another midfielder though. Them two won’t cut it for where we want to be 👍🏻
