As far as Klubnik goes… he had an outstanding 2024. He’s had lots of ups and downs … but I’ll give Frank Reich the benefit of the doubt and see what happens. It was a 4th Round selection after all.. much different than the Christian Hackenbergs of the world

I don’t know if you all agree with me or not but my main point is. It’s not that they took a dart throw at a QB it’s what a lot of us wanted. It’s the fact they traded up to do it. This is the 4th round not the 6th round. There were olineman and safeties that were still on the board. The DT we took that to me is another wasted pick. Nice o heard developmental that turned me off as well. #Jetup But what do you think?

@realjetsfans The issue is every year about October when injuries pile up our depth seems non existent while other teams have guys who step in from the second/third level groups. This is where you build said depth. Dumb having acquired depth picks to waste 2 on a low grade developmental QB.

Its the 4th round, relax. If you like the player you get him. You draft a QB every year until you have a QB. See ya in April 2027 for the future QB of the #Jets until then give the young guys experience.

Would you rather see the Jets: A. trade up from 16 to secure either Lemon or Tyson (say Tate goes earlier) B. stay put at 16, take the best defensive player, and bet on the WRs that will fall to them in R2 (this scenario does not include guaranteeing who will be there)

Additionally isn’t it a great positive PR opportunity for NJ wasted ? All the PR is negative “NJ transit ripping people off”. Eyes of world will be on Met Life/NJ for final. Biggest global tv audience in history probably. Turn it to a positive. encourage fans to stay/spend here

On the train cost to Met Life for WC games. I partially get that NJ taxpayers (I am one) shouldn’t subsidize/should be at “cost”. But we’re to believe that whereas subsidized cost per person is $13 the full “cost” is $150? 12x? What are they loading into full cost? All capital ?

With a good OL and RB I think Geno Smith can be pretty good. He's always gonna throw interceptions but so does Sam Darnold. Geno's last three years in Seattle were just as good as what Sam did this year btw.

Aaron Glenn is not a serious coach if he doesn’t fire Steve Wilks the moment the Jets season ends.
