Youth sports specialization road to nowhere: $400 for a bat $200 for sneakers $2500 for club team $$$$$ to travel to tourneys But no investment into becoming faster, stronger, or more athletic...

@tangotiger @dizou24 If two directions simultaneously is too chaotic but still want more, have offense choose direction when the state is symmetric: state = (-, 2, 123, 13) Plus an added fun rule, runners on 1&3 both can tag and attempt to score directly on a potential SF regardless of direction.

@dizou24 I think that is too chaotic from a rules perspective, in addition to a coding perspective. I gotta support my fellow programmers at some point, and I'll draw the line at this. But, I applaud your insane thought (I am a fan of insane rules as ideas)

I love it! And... can he decide after putting the ball in play, or does he have to "declare" it? Because the former would be MUCH better
Di Zou@dizou24

@tangotiger We came up with this at lunch. But when the bases are empty, the batter decides which way to run the bases, clockwise or counter-clockwise. Then all subsequent batters have to follow that direction until the bases are empty again and the batter can pick again.

(1/4) Labeling is a time-intensive task for CV modeling and is one of the most important. At BaseballCV, we are happy to announce a new set of utilities that will make your work easier, with a semi-supervised focus. Find the example notebook here: github.com/dylandru/Baseb…

If we don't key in on the correct frame, we get the location moving all over the place. Not ideal. But having the key frame of release turns our location into a static point to evaluate (first video) and not the moving target.
