We have a tradition that Apprentices ring the bell when they've got good news. Here, Earl from Culinary class 30 rings the bell for his new job as a Cook at Hotel Del @delcoronado 👏🔔. He LOVES his job. "Chef Paul is awesome, and my co-workers are super helpful." Go Earl 🙌!

Yesterday, 11 Apprentices graduated from our training program and 23 Hospitality, Baking, and Culinary Apprentices promoted from their 10-weeks of intensive skills training, now moving into their paid on-the-job training. Here are a few highlights of the celebration!

We are so happy for our Apprentices Liz (Culinary) and Anthony (Hospitality) as they've begun their paid on-the-job training at @hobnobhill! Liz is a Prep Cook, and Anthony is a Busser. They're both squinting because their futures are so bright! 🤩😎
