Seeing conditions were pretty bad. But still. Got M109 (Vacuum Cleaner Galaxy) then a quick capture of the comet (PanSTARRS). It's been great to just get out there at night. Catch up on some reading while the sensor gathers light.

Spent a nice night capturing the iris nebula(NGC7023). It wasn't well positioned (Right above the city) but It's a cool reflection nebula

Trying to take advantage of nights when I can. It was hazy, so the raw images are a not the best to work with. But the full moon, and the same galaxy (M51), with some more imaging time.

Someone asked why this took months to make… I can’t express how hard Andrew worked on this… 114 hours of exposure time over multiple seasons… 3 telescopes in 2 states… & weeks of compiling / aligning shots. So months later here it is. @AJamesMcCarthy

Ever seen a rainbow at night? This is the most vivid I’ve ever seen one, with beautiful color visible to the naked eye. Surreal.

It was dang cold (-27°C). These are very short exposures, but after days of blizzards and serious cabin fever, I finally forced myself to get out there. Quick session and back into the warm jeep. Need to do this more often!
